The Information Factory logo has remained the same for over 20 years – except for adding colour options and a change of font to keep up with changing tastes and trends.
Today we're introducing an updated design.
The new logo features the full company name, including the word 'information' instead of just the shorthand 'i'. The three words that make up the company name are shown one above the other with the 'I' icon positioned to the left of the word stack.
As The Information Factory grew and entered new markets we came to realise that many people didn't know what the 'i' in the old logo stood for. As 'information' is what we're all about – turning raw data into information and insights to support decision making, we feel it's time to be louder and prouder about what we deliver for our customers.
While our colour palette has been also modernised we will continue to use the icon as a shorthand. And we're keeping the [brackets] which have been a feature of the logo for 20 years.
We like to think of it as design evolution – not revolution. And we hope you like it too.
